Data Privacy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process your data on the basis of the legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 – hereinafter "GDPR" as well as national data protection regulations).

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of Art 4 no. 7 GDPR is the operator of this website, as specified in the imprint (also referred to as "we" or "us" in this data protection declaration). You will also find all necessary contact information for asserting your rights (point 6) there.

2. Personal Data

We only process those personal data that you provide to us (by visiting our website or by providing information in a contact form or newsletter registration), such as first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth/age, gender, bank details (e.g. credit card number, account number), IP address. Not all of the data types listed may be affected or required in every case. We do not process any special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art 9 GDPR on this website.

3. Processing of Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is primarily carried out to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR), as we cannot prepare, conclude or fulfill a contract with you without this data. Furthermore, processing takes place to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties (Art 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR), especially for purposes of website security, receivables management, direct marketing in analog and digital form, customer retention, statistical analysis and improvement of our service offerings and their quality (see point 6 for the right of revocation).

We will only process your personal data to the extent permitted by the GDPR. As a rule, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. 5. Retention of Personal Data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations (corresponding retention obligations may arise in particular from tax regulations or product liability regulations). If this necessity no longer exists, the data will be deleted.

6. Information, Erasure, Right to Complain

Subject to the existence of any legal obligations of confidentiality, you have the right to obtain information at any time about your stored personal data, their origin, the purpose of processing and, if applicable, the recipients of this data. 7. Use of Cookies

To design the website according to your needs and to collect certain information, we use various technologies, including so-called cookies. Cookies serve to simplify internet usage and communication.

8. Analysis Tools

The website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). 9. Facebook Plugins

When using these tools, we do not process any personal data from you, but data processing may be carried out by Google itself - therefore, please refer to Google's respective data protection notices to obtain further details on the use of your personal data.

11. Newsletter

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter through the website. This is, of course, voluntary and can be cancelled at any time. To be included in our newsletter database, we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
